How to return product?

You have 30 days to return Little Frog products

Not happy with product? Want to return it? No problem, just send it back to us.

There are 2 easy ways to return product.

1. with our wizard - click here: https://littlefrog.shop/returns-open.php and create return. For most countries in EU, you can also choose return with shipping label delivered by us (we will charge you 8 eur), and you will have to drop it at DPD drop-off point. You need just to print it and drop it at parcel shop. If there is no DPD return label attached, contact us, we will send you one.
2. by yourself - just add to returned product a short information with order number and send it back to our address:

REMEMBER:
- You have 30 days to return product (since you receive parcel).
- We have right to decrease value of refund when product has visible signs of used, or have been washed. Unfortunately wer are not able to send it as new anymore. We will inform you before refund is made via e-mail.
But no worries if product cover or label is broken. It happens :) we will replace it.
- After we receive product we need few days to inspect it and send you refund.
- We send refund in the same way to paid to us (to debit/credit card, PayPal or bank account) max in 7 days after we receive your return.
- if you want to replace product - tell us, we will organise replacement and settlement and send refund on your customer balance.
