Little Frog Prime Baby Carrier – Slate Moonstone is an ergonomic and adjustable baby carrier from the minimalist Moonstone collection, crafted from plain broken twill fabric – the same soft and durable weave used in our woven baby slings. This solid-colour fabric combines calm, natural tones with simplicity, making it a timeless and versatile choice for everyday babywearing.

The carrier is equipped with a practical pocket on the waist belt, secured with velcro – ideal for small items like keys, tissues, or a pacifier, always within reach during a walk or outing.

The Prime baby carrier is soft and free of rigid inserts, meaning your baby's spine is naturally supported and their position remains safe and physiologically correct. The wide, padded shoulder straps and supportive waist belt provide comfort for the wearer even during longer babywearing sessions.

Parents love the ease and speed of use – just fasten the waist belt, place your baby in, raise the panel, put on the straps, tighten… and you’re ready to go! Your baby is cuddled close, and your hands are free for anything else the day brings.

Some facts about baby carrier Prime:

• The Prime infant carrier can be used to carry a child from 4kg to 20kg (approx. 3 years old).
• You can adjust the width of the panel with Velcro (range: 25-40cm), making it easy to adjust it to your child's size (from one knee hole to the other).
• For ease of this step, there is a size tag on the waist belt.
• Easily adjust the height of the carrier panel (range 31-43 cm) using the tightening straps on either side of the panel.
• For children who do not sit up on their own - we recommend to purchase additional bottom fastener to reduce the fabric tension on the baby's back. It is easy and quick to fasten to the waist belt, thanks to a system of press studs and Velcro.
• Newborn baby carrier has an attachable hood, which is great for supporting the baby's head while sleeping. It is attached with a snap, so you can fasten / unfasten it quickly.
• The top part of the panel, is designed to fit around the baby's neck.
• The shoulder straps are contoured and curved to increase your comfort. They can be fastened straight or crossed.
• This baby carrier is designed to carry you baby in position belly-to-belly (also with straps crossed), and on your back (when baby is over 4 months and is holding the head by himself)
• Prime baby carrier is very light and after being rolled up and packed into a drawstring bag (included), it takes up little space. You can take it for a walk or onward journey without worrying about space in your luggage. It will definitely be useful when visiting closer and further places.
• The child's legs, thanks to the appropriate width of the carrier, are set to the sides, and the knees are higher than the bottom, which is ideal for the development of hip joints (position M).
• The waist belt is filled with foam to ensure your comfort of carrying. The hip belt width range is 63 - 150 cm (2,1 to 5ft)
• Each carrier comes with original drawstring bag (the same fabric as carrier) and manual (in English, or - on request in French or Polish)

This baby carrier is made from broken twill fabric (the same fabric we use for our baby slings). It is a soft, breathable material, perfect for babywearing all year round.
